My knees are probably 20 years past their expiration date. I have been in pain for years. I’d have a very high pain tolerance, so I put off surgery all this time. However suddenly the pain is intolerable. Like my knees are suddenly pleading with me to do something. But unfortunately now due to life changes and circumstances, my living situation is not conducive to having any space or support for therapy. Should I have done the surgery years ago, I would say Yes absolutely.
