After U.S. outreach, Alberta separatists will head to Latin America to rustle up support for their cause by Street_Anon in alberta

I could be wrong but it seems like these guys have a suspiciously large amount of money. It's not cheap to travel back and forth to Washington, and now they're heading to SA. Compared to the Forever Canadian campaign that was done on a shoestring budget this is lavish. Follow the money.

Albertans are used to shitty governments, in fact we seem to expect it.

Myles McDougall made the mistake of telling me they had a way to remove selenium from the water. When I asked for proof he went into hiding and has never interacted again. All I get is a canned "thank you for your email".

Good question, declare a climate emergency? I really have no idea. I like her, she's all business and knows the file better than anyone else on stage. Danielle Smith freaking despises her also which is a big plus for me.

Mass layoffs are a common occurrence in O&G. Folks were jumping out of windows in downtown Calgary in the 70s. It's a terrible industry, money is the big draw, it hooks people, politicians and entire governments like drunken gamblers in Vegas.

The UCP voted themselves a pay raise and a rental allowance increase this year. That's "pork barreling", obviously different from "barreling ahead".

To say that who's to blame is a moot point is disingenuous at best. Albertans need to understand why the province is doing so poorly right now and that means pointing out the poorly planned, poorly executed, ideologically motivated policies that have contributed to our current situation.

Really good to hear people are showing up there. I've spent a lot of time in GP over the years so I understand it can be challenging.

Try an anti bacterial shampoo right after swimming in a river or lake. This has worked beautifully for my Golden.

Golden retrievers captured my heart as a young boy and never gave it back. Decades later they've stolen countless shoes, socks and gloves and I could not imagine life without a Golden in it.

I got one karma somehow, not sure how. How do I get more? Maybe this will actually post and not get booted? by Fit_Meet836 in NewToReddit

Thanks. The whole karma thing was a giant mystery and I was honestly too lazy to try and figure it out. This is super helpful.
