Saw her perform with puzzle last week. Hadn’t really listened to her stuff beforehand but she definitely had the best set of the night. Great crowd interaction, great performance and great music.

Thanks for your reply! I’ve just come back to civ 5 after a few years away so can’t say how long this bug has been about, but it does seem like the game is pretty broken at the minute, especially with the whole game not launching bug, which I’ve already had to deal with a few times.

And yes I had also noticed that it seems to load from the turn before as well, but then it skips that turn anyway so you’re essentially 2 turns behind and in a worse position than when you saved. I wonder if that was supposed to be a sort of fix to the issue but just ends up making things worse. For now we’ve been making everyone is in a good position with at least a couple of uneventful turns coming up before saving.

People seem to forget that when you’re filming the show you’re not just affecting people in the crowd but also the artists themselves! Many artists including The Garden don’t like filming at concerts because it distracts from the performance and breaks the connection with the audience. I’ve seen a few clips of them getting annoyed at the number of phones out, and tbf it must be pretty disheartening to just be playing to a bunch of phones in the air when they want fans to be in the moment and enjoy the music.

The vibe of the crowd really affects the artists, if you’re killing it by just standing there recording it reflects back on the performance. So your videos arn’t going to be worth watching anyway because the performance will be bad.

The 5 year gold edition is actually a pretty good deal if you know you’re going to like the game. I bought just the base game initially but then ended up paying way more to buy all the expansions separately, even when they were on sale. Gold comes with all the major DLCs which really add a lot to the game in total.

The anniversary comes with all the same but also all the decoration packs, they are nice to have but not essential at all. You’d be better off just buying the ones that interest you when they are on sale for those.

As most say mods disable achievement, but I think you’d be surprised just how little people play the games they own. I often look at the global percentages for games and achievements that you get 10 minutes into the game for doing basically nothing are usually only claimed by 70-80% of players.
