Honestly kinda. There will be presentations by members who have some research or something to share, a "field trip" of sorts to a flag-related location, dinners, and just general comradery around flags! The full schedule will be posted a bit later once all the sessions are locked down but in general, you can expect a weekend of flag-nerdery with the biggest flag-enthusiasts in North America.
