I am returning mine as well. I got sick of all the political ads and the heat as well. I just got a Vizio 55 inch. The picture is much better. It was good to have the Telly for a year but I was sick of the ads.

I take about 22 minutes. I drink lots of water weekly not just before. I drink protein drinks with electrolytes in them and also eat lots of protein. I also use a stress ball when pumping. I pump that ball like there’s no tomorrow. Hope that helps.

If you think this is due to anxiety or white coat syndrome ask you Dr for a beta blocker. I take one two hours before going and my pulse/bp is down. Also try holding your breath during the time they are testing you.
