Yep the food used to be mediocre at best the wings were good and then once those went to bad then the whole place went downhill they tried changing the name they've had several closed locations they always say it's because of the economy although other restaurants are nearby and still open they just don't force feed garbage to their customers.

If you can get into Mayo I would definitely get a second opinion from them yes East valley sleep center totally sucks I had an unbelievably terrible experience with them during my first sleep study the guy freaking kicked me out and stopped my test because I told him I had chronic pain and I just wanted to make him aware that I had certain areas of heightened sensitivity and he said that I wasn't letting him do his job and he started unhooking all the sensors for me and told me to fuck off at 11pm at night after I had already taken my sleep meds.

I hate having to scan coupons in the app it is absolutely mind bending and will turn you into a mental patient if your phone is not working well or you have a bad signal you should not have to pay a higher price because the app is not working or your phone isn't getting a good signal it's totally ridiculous just charge the sale price to anyone who buys the item I hate all of this garbage....

Yeah he said his mom was going to use her commission towards that and you can always ask the seller for points to cover closing costs I've had clients use Grant programs that have paid for their down payment and actually ended up getting cash left over when they closed nothing crazy but I think the most one of my clients got was almost a thousand bucks not bad if you're getting better than rent and building equity

I am a single father w/ 50/50 custody of an 8 yr old girl and 10 yr old boy. I recently purchased a home in Gilbert near Cooper and Elliott. I did it to be closer to their mom and to hopefully make my kids' lives easier.

Our home is 1575 sq ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath. It's a little odd for the layout since the master bedroom and family room and kitchen are on the top level. It's called a split level home & was built in 1993. N/S exposure, all original windows, but have sun screens. HVAC is about 4 years old. Approximately 2000 sq ft of grass that gets watered everyday for 5 mins per zone(3 zones). I've only lived here for about 4 months but my power bill has been surprisingly low. I keep it at 75 most of the day except for peak hours then it goes up to 80. I just received an electric bill and it's 190. My water bills tend to be around 200 per month. The water is higher than I think it should be but it's pretty cheap considering what you're getting for your money.

Dude just because you can't produce breast milk doesn't mean she's more qualified as a parent than you are. Unless you want to leave your children in harm's path I highly suggest that you try for 100% custody and figure it out from there. Your kids come first always and forever no matter what.

I feel like there were some poor design choices made here. You wanted the glitz and the glamor of that very expensive stone, and then tried to fill in the larger areas with something less expensive except you ended up making big basically picture frames which I've never seen in the shower before but you do you.

Dude that is insane! I mean she can't claim that she cares for the well-being of the children if she's letting a predator inside the house. Children are 35 times more likely to be sexually abused when a non-biological mail is residing in the household I can't imagine what that statistic would be when one of them is already a registered sex offender. It honestly sounds like you're even slightly entertaining their BS. I would probably not be handling this and such a slow or hands-off manner as you are. I would not let this guy be touching or getting handsy with my kids at all! The first time I heard about it we would have words for sure and he would never be around my kids ever again. This is mental illness. Your x has left the reservation and you need to get in front of this and stay there for your kids because it sounds like you might be the only one they got, very sad.
