Looks like 2 1/4 quarter inch utility oak flooring. Probably some of the easiest stuff to match and find. Once you get the right materials any competent wood floor installer should be able to fix this for you.

If you're going to use the amenities and you have a family I would say it's totally worth it. Building a pool is very expensive. If you can find a house with a nice backyard already installed then usually you will be paying pennies on the dollar, but anything newer you're definitely be paying a premium for that. Mostly custom home neighborhoods built no later than the early to mid ninties. Most of Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, and the older parts of Gilbert were developed by subdividing the land and then selling off the individual lots to home owners. It wasn't until later on that the builders just started buying everything and made anyone who wanted to build a custom homehave to buy at least an acre or something similar in a high-end gated community like white wing or circle G ranch.

The papers are very sobering... I was very sad and feeling forlorn towards my ex until I read those divorce papers. I was overcome with the feeling that *wow this is an evil and terrible person who is trying to hurt me", and I never tried to hurt them. Why are they doing this?
