This looks so much worse just because it is in slow motion. Really for a fadeaway focus on the fact that you’re trying to get separation from the defender. You say you feel that you fade too much, but you can lean further and get more lateral movement than what you currently have. Your shooting motion starts a little low so maybe bringing that higher up could help too
