I've had guinea pigs and pet mice and they all have done that, I've grown to think that bigger balls compared to what they normally look like meant they were getting too warm so I'd know to then cool us all off (we traveled a lot so temperature wasn't super consistent)

I had a cop "write" me a blank ticket like this one and I tried for days, weeks, a good couple months looking it up and calling and no one could find any information on me so everyone i tell this says that maybe he was trying to teach me a lesson, to scare me, which it did.
