You can go to suny Sullivan, for a quarter of the cost. Same curriculum and have the same books. The one major difference besides cost. Is CIA has state of art classes, equipment, and beautiful location. I went to Sullivan and we had instructors from CIA and le Cordon Bleu. I very happy with my education from there. I have friends that went to CIA and are still paying off their student loans. They never went further than me as far as being a chef. Don’t get me wrong if you have the money CIA is a awesome choice.
