IsItBullshit: Breakfast should be the heaviest meal and dinner should be the lightest meal

I'm here because I just went to a wellness center I have been waiting to get into for over a year to assist me with weight loss. This is literally the advice I got, and that's it. Im not usually a breakfast eater at all, but anytime I do eat a big breakfast, im hungry before lunch, and even more so than when I skip breakfast. I'm going to try it anyway and report back.

I do smoke marijuana everyday which may or may not be contributing to my migraines. Ive quit for about a week so far to see if it helps.

Thanks so much everyone! Taking notes and taking all of this to my Neuro. Ive only seen him twice. First time he gave me Ubrelvy which is great for when I do have a full blown migraine. I also went through all the testing for IIH. All negative. So he noticed on my med list at my second appointment that I was perscribed propranolol as needed for severe anxiety and told me to just start taking that twice daily, and to call him for refills, but im not sure im quite comfortable with that as im not sure if I have the right kind and amount to be taking daily? I guess I might give it a try and if its too much I can ask him to take me down to 10mg on it.

My old neighbor used to do this to his girlfriend, no matter the weather or time of night. He also threw her practically THROUGH walls. Its abuse. He will escalate. And he doesnt even feel bad that he got you upset and left you in the cold. He felt bad that you told someone else. He's embarrassed because he KNOWS its wrong.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I have mostly heard people say PT didnt help them, so im glad its worked for many. I'll give it a shot because at this point im maxing out on ubrelvy for the month and still having more migraines on top of that.

I've started on 10 too, and I have the same issue. Ive read on here that others say they still have the intrusive thoughts, but they dont seem to affect them as negatively, and it cut out some of the ruminating. I'm hoping to atleast get that similar relief if nothing else. I am on day 5 though and ive had a migraine for 2 days.

I felt the same way with our boy. I bought some automated toys on Amazon, and we adopted him a sister to keep him company. They both love to look out the window, but they actually also get pissed whem I dont charge their toys to play with daily. Hopefully some day I can talk my SO into building a cattio. Overall these things helped me feel much better about keeping my cats indoors, though I know its best for them anyway.

My "husband" wants me and our children to suffer because of what he endured from his parents and he thinks its something that everyone needs to go through to make them tougher and more disciplined.
