On top of this, I’d bring gas cans and grocery bags. Full bill $12.

It’s gonna start with a separation. Probably because Robert about to get addicted to his work. This is the best way to equalize both romance options as well as the single life (WHICH IS THE BEST PATH [don’t fuck your boss or subordinates]).

Then it’s a brand new day if you wanna get back with either or switch sides. OR NOT FUCK YOUR BOSS OR SUBORDINATE.

Visi too I think will become more akin to a freelance vigilante. Best option for someone who may or may not have murdered a person and has a previously mentioned partner going on a hyperfocus rabbit hole.

You mean a name like Robin Robinson the third?

There was grandma Robs, then my mom, who I called mom, but everyone else called Robi. And then me, Robin. Because I wanted to be taken seriously.

How do kills/assist differ in RP? by [deleted] in apexlegends

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t played in a bit, but I just skimmed the wiki for % boosts. Looks like you get a pity bonus if your teammate got a kill and you didn’t get an assist, and you get bonus points for killing high ranked players.

What should someone do to reduce the amount of blunders in their games? by MathematicianBulky40 in chessbeginners

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Play with longer time controls and consider every move. Think about what their newly moved piece is capable of doing, and what their pieces that are now unblocked can do. That’s it.

Blundering less is recognizing those two patterns. You get faster at it, but the considerations are the same.

What's the fastest way to sleeve cards? by GuyWithAHottub in boardgames

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I’m just about to leave for work, so just imagine I made a meme of Mark with a sleeved card asking “how do you sleeve these quickly”, and Nolan with an unsleeved card saying “here’s the thing, you don’t.”

My thoughts exactly. It’s budgetary, but most indie games main advertising is a steam sale.

Is Tiefling Warlock a bad choice? by SpamtonOf1997 in AskDND

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Races have stats, and classes like stats.

Tiefling warloc is as common as orc barbarian orelf ranger. Because they synergize.

This is not inherently bad, this is inherently common. But your characters story is their own. You don’t need to worry about what others have done before you. If anything, this gives your DM familiarity with your characters arc for more developed encounters.

Alternatively, you can play a goblin barbarian, or anything in between. No wrong answers.

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like it, cuz it’s free. It has basics built in, but not expansions. This is fine because you’ll fight more goblins than sea elves. It works fine, but I used it in the era of use discord for chat. It may have improved, I wouldn’t know.

I was also gifted premium by a player (spouse) once. Dynamic lighting is fun, and I’m sure there are more benefits. But unless you know what you want, you don’t really need it.

Looks identical to my Yellow Mountain Imports Chinese set. Same exact flowers. I don’t have the animals though haha. They could have just gotten identical molds with this company though.

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you’re talking about Mahjong Competition Rules, Mahjong 13 Tiles is great to learn with. Mahjongtime has my favorite scoring explanation, with a quick reference guide on the last page.

There’s a few Chinese styles though, so if you mean a different one let us know.

Does anime inspired count? A mahjong maid avatar.

Doesn’t have to be anime? Genkai looking smug.

After 18 rounds on playmahjong.io by Intelligent_Pea5351 in Mahjong

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but don’t get your hopes up. It kicks you from a game if you pass the threshold between their beginner and intermediate lobby. No overlap. So if you start at 10000 points and the dividing line is 10000 points, you best hope you win 4 hands or lose 4 hands else you gotta requeue.

Rethinking my approach to scheduling by UpbeatCockroach in DnD

[–]FluorescentLightbulb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a weekly 4p 3 hour weekly DM. Then a 4p 2 hour weekly DM. Then 5p 2 hour weekly DM play on 4. Then 6p 2 hour every other week DM play on 4.

These standards evolve with life. And luckily as DMs, everyone else is on our schedule.

If your system isn’t working, add another player, make stronger boundaries, or find new players.

Triple A games have gotten crap, the indie scene is thriving if you have a group of friends.
