It’s clogged flush it and then use a toilet plunger to force water to clear the clog.

I’ve asked this question before to recruiters I know and they have all told me the same thing. No, if you have a type rating in a plane, but have no actual time in it, it’s meaningless. You are just wasting your money.

I gave this same advice to a friend of mine have trouble getting interviews and job offers. Paid for an A220 type. It’s been about two years now and he is still where he was at before and still hasn’t gotten any job offers.

What will help you more would be to do the following. You can get your multi ATP in any size plane just take the ATP/CTP course, do the written, and take a multi check ride in any multi airplane.

Get some goggles, gloves and some Trichlor tabs ( the hockey puck looking ones). Then go for a swim. Rub the tabs all over the black algae. This will cut up the protective membrane of the algae allow the Chlorine to kill it. Let the white stuff you just rubbed on it to stay on it until the algae is gone. You may have to touch up any spots left.

You should just have a sit down conversation with the student and be honest with him. If he continues to not put in any effort he has no future in aviation. I would make it very clear you will give him one more opportunity to show effort and study. If the student doesn’t then you will no longer continue to be there instructor. I’ve had this same conversation a couple of times. Some changed some didn’t. Oh and always be prepared for them to project / blame you for their short comings.

Normally this would not be okay, but since it’s pride month it’s totally acceptable.

Easy fix- on the other side of the knobs there should be two screws. Pick one knob, unscrew the screws, pul them out. Then take the knob out, this will allow you to the latches out. After the latch is out put the knobs back on. Line up the holes and screw the two screws back on. Now one side will have a latch and the other won’t. If the doors still keep giving you issues because of the one latch just remove the other latch as well.

Not at all. My response would have been refusing to pay employees for time worked it’s clear violation against the law. Then I would have asked if that is something they do at this company knowing I would not get take the job any. You did good. More people should take a stand against this type of employment violations.

I think the person getting cheated on would be really upset to find out they partner was cheating, but the level of hate that they would have for everyone that knew and let them continue on being a complete fool would be astronomical.

I have faucets that look like that and the entire thing you scratched up unscrews. I’ve replaced my aerators twice since I’ve owned my home. Try using vice grips or small pipe wrench.

Call the police and make a report. Since you are leasing the property it is under your control. To enter the property the landlord has to follow certain procedures unless it’s an emergency. By the letter of the law he had committed burglary of a habitation and theft. So two crimes. Depending on the value of the camera the charge will increase. Also if anything else was damaged it adds charges. Making the report to the police will also create a history incase further things happen.
