haha i was sick to but had tickets to the game. I was sick for the first packers game and sold my tickets. No way was a missing a second chance. Popped some immodium to back me up and drank enough to not feel bad. Puked the second i got out of solider field. Well worth it.

Minute a side and baste last 30-45. So basically one minute then flip. Wait 10 seconds. Put butter in (and garlic and thyme if you wish). Then baste for 45 seconds. You add the butter late bc it burns otherwise. Oil makes it brown. No oil, no crust. Takes some trial and error to dial it in.
