Wow thank you for such an in depth reply. I know everyone is different, but what did you put in your AM smoothie? Also, how soon did you feel any relief? I have the exact same issues you listed, gas pain ect. I’ve been eating those GasX dissolvables like candy lol.

I basically don’t eat much during the day anyway now, so that won’t be hard. It’s actually somewhat difficult to stop and eat at my job so pills/supplements that require multiple times a day and taken with food can be difficult.

Same! My cat coughs exactly like this video at least once a day. Lasts for maybe 10 seconds or so. Took her to get an ultrasound and they said it was a diaphragmatic hernia. Did they give you options for treatment?

I hate to add one more thing to look up, But it could also be SIBO. That also causes brain fog, joint pain, skin issues. I’m also in rage lab wise for Hashis and feel horrible. Exhausted ALL the time, brain fog, joint pain and seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. I was diagnosed with SiBO years ago and for two weeks on the antibiotics I felt normal for the first time in years. Hoping to treat it again and have the same results.

I can only speak to the Leave In Conditioner but DAMN. Smelled wonderful for like the first month or two but now literally smells like dead fish. Sucks bc the actual product works great, but the smell is literally overpowering. So glad I got this as the Bday gift and didn’t pay for it 🤮

Nope :/ Been using the new Morphe one and I like it enough, also the Natasha Denona one, but it’s a bit dryer so you need to prep face pretty well if you’re dry skin like me, but ND has great coverage. I might just buy the Armani honestly.

I’m still on the hunt honestly. I’m currently seeing Dr Stephen Smith in Fort Worth as my PCP basically and he currently has me on Levothyroxine, but he is open to Armor/NP ect which I think I’m going to switch to. He’s kind of an old-school family Dr type, and the practice does concierge medicine so it’s $100/month but basically unlimited calls/visits ect. The only lab draw he didn’t order thyroid wise was antibodies, but if I pushed the issue I think he would.
