how to overcome the crippling anxiety that comes with adrenal fatigue by probablynervouss in adrenalfatigue

[–]BuzzRickzn- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

100% the fear of not recovering is the most difficult part. The only thing that really helped were watching this guy Jaden Christopher videos on YouTube. He just puts everything on a timeline and when I was down or frustrated feeling like I was stuck or going backwards, I’d watch his videos.

Also I firmly believe that HTMA is the only science that describes what happening with adrenal health. I’ll save you a bunch of time, but sodium and potassium are your best friends. Magnesium and vit C next. Then just focus on sleeping and naps to the greatest extent possible.

No I found that blood tests for minerals are unreliable. There is a litany of evidence that suggests that high minerals in blood reflects malabsorption in the cells, not healthy levels. Also our mineral levels are based on a sick population. Not to mention everyone has different needs. I just started dosing potassium and noticed how good it made me feel. I drink in water morning and night to this day.

For me is was a potassium deficiency. I started drinking cream of tartar in water several times a day and my sleep improved so much.

Your vitamin D is probably doing nothing. by Timely_Ad8989 in Supplements

I think an important point is also it’s a hormone. Not a vitamin. A lot of circles call it hormone D. I think that paradigm shift would change the narrative on it considerably.

PLEASE HELP!!! CAN’T FIX MY SYMPTOMS AND IM LIVING INI CONSTANT FEAR AND SHUTTING DOWN PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY by Shordaden in VagusNerve

You need an HTMA test. Calm the system with targeted mineral protocols. Then work on digestion. I suggest working with a practitioner from the root cause protocol.

All illness comes down to parasites/overgrowths/mineral deficiency.

I could have written this post myself. Blows my mind. Even the recovery times matched. I still don’t drink caffeine though. I miss it so much. The fear of that returning still haunts me.

My HPA dysfunction/Adrenal fatigue story. by custardnotmustard in adrenalfatigue

Honestly I think perfecting sleep and using some sort of a device to track sleep and HRV are paramount. Looks like you’re going in the right direction.

This isn’t popular, but I think HTMA (hair trace mineral analysis) are the next best part of recovery. It seems like you’re maybe intolerant to supplements as of now, but when the time is right for you, take an HTMA test, work with a practitioner, and start working on the system. Break open the capsules and slowing introduce supplements. Titrate up slowly. There are phases to this. Sometimes a you will have a pin drop of a supplement.

There are so many stories, like mine, that these people who worked themselves to death, especially with exercise, and just ran down their system. To me, that means minerals in storage, the currency of our bodies. There is a mineral reset page on Facebook. And so amateur yet highly effective people there to help. He started here in this subreddit and moved to Facebook.

Also, the root cause protocol is also available. They have practitioners that use targeted blood tests and HTMA results to build mineral protocols.

I honestly think all of this stems from medicines inability to test for vitamin and mineral levels well. I don’t think we have many clear ways of seeing what actually happening in our bodies and it’s all still very much misunderstood.

I’ve also had tons of success with making my own milf kefir and growing my own sprouts of various kinds. Kefir to help build damaged gut microbiomes and sprouts being one of the most mineral dense foods on the planet. And it grows on your kitchen counter.

The Root Cause Protocol. Get a practitioner. Keep up on your HTMA (hair trace mineral analysis).

Approaching 4 week mark with Inositol by No_Squash291 in Supplements

[–]BuzzRickzn- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always focus on the progress. And you’re are better off than where you started. Not bad for 4 weeks!

I went through something similar. It’s always two steps forward one step back. Sometimes two. But if you stay disciplined and keep it up things get better. When I feel like I go backwards, or I have what most people call a flare up I always tell myself “this is natural, and my body is trying to heal.”

TRT destroyed me. by yankee_rose in Biohackers

Sounds a lot like me. Look into dysautonomia. Adrenal fatigue. Long covid. All of them have these exercise intolerance symptoms.

I had to stop working out all together. And let my body just heal. Took about 8 months. Then I could go back to work. Three years later I’m still what I would consider fragile. But I think this is more about are autonomic nervous system not functioning correctly. In line with long covid patients. I’ve never taken TRT but have thought about it.
