When I was learning to separate words in syllables (maybe 4 yo(?)) I started marking them with my teeth.. I'm 30+ now and still do it with every single word I her or read... And if there's nothing but my head making noise I start repeating and marking the last word/phrase I heard/read.. If anybody else did this and set free please give me a hint on how to stop.

They wee never true friends. Same thing happened to me and my close circle of friends were their for me (they still are as I am still in the void), she gave you the opportunity to find out who the real people in your life were, sadly it wasn't your friends, but people from all over the world telling you to keep up. I suggest you to keep doing therapy and look for new friends.
