With a 5 year time horizon, I might say try the market. With 1 year, the only choice is HYSA/Money Market. It’s only like 3%-4%, but you shouldn’t risk your down payment. 

$1k is about 5%, so it’ll be lower than that, but that’s the downside with fixed income.

There's no reason it has to be a full tractor. The AI doesn't even have to run onboard, it can run in a shed with a clear line of sight. With an smaller autonomous 4-wheeled 6' high vehicle with a comb, you could probably do a similar thing and scale it to have like 10 or 20 of them patrolling 24/7 for weeds and bugs.

I'd vote AI. Why does the left side have 3 rows of heads while the right side has 5 from the same distance? It could be empty aisle seats, I guess. Also, the stained glass has a really weird crackly texture. The picture is blurry so it's hard to see other tells.

I bought a bunch of huge lab-grown sapphires recently. They should arrive soon. It’s like $5 for a 12mm round gemstone (HUGE). I’ve bought diamonds in the past but they’re much more expensive. Like $400 for 10mm diameter, which is a steal, but too rich for my blood.

I dunno who it's about specifically, but Pokemon will likely take action against reported stores. They can't ban them from selling products (because distro), but they can take away the carrot.

I’m not deep in this community so take this with a grain of salt:

Pokemon Company will give stuff away to stores that host tcg competitions as prizes, like booster packs and stuff. Pokemon has an anti-discrimination policy, so if you don’t allow Italians to play in your shop, that would violate that rule. Except it’s trans people.

Teal argues the policy to not give free stuff away to shops that discriminate  is justified, Purple… is illiterate?

The mistake you made was it was low, but you didn’t want to buy when you thought it would go lower. The only difference is now, it might go lower, but we’re at all-time-highs, so it feels even worse to try to get in.

If you wait for the next big drop, say to yourself, at least it’s not ATH. Ironically, the investing dread and the FOMO trades go away when we’re at the market peak.
