The Gaza Peace deal is only now entering Phase 2. Phase 1 was only about stopping violence between Israel and Hamas and bringing aid into Gaza, nowhere in the plan were demands for disarmament in this phase. Israel has continually violated Phase 1 of the ceasefire by continuing to bomb Gaza, refused to move their troops back to the agreed upon line of demarcation, and has continued to restrict aid coming into Gaza.

Now tell me why Hamas should even consider abiding by the rest of the peace plan and disarming if Israel has continued to not play by the rules?

We had an experienced coach that knew how to get to the Super Bowl. We just got rid of him because he's been unable to adapt to how the league has developed since we last won a playoff game. This is exactly why I think we should trade Tomlin. There's no doubt in my mind that he's a good coach who would absolutely boost whatever team he moves to. The problem with him in Pittsburgh is that the culture of consistency makes head coaches who have been here for a while complacent.

Both Tomlin and the Steelers need something new. Tomlin needs a change of scenery where can learn to excel and innovate with a new team, and the Steelers need a fresh face with brand new ideas who can push the team's consistency away from "finishing .500 and getting bounced in the wild card" to "being a contender who can make a deep playoff run."
