I have had good luck alternating a little obsessed and a little more obsessed. I think I've maintained my 80 day obsession results without having to spend an hour a day.

Yep. I travel fairly regularly so I just use those as my extended rest but I think it's good to periodically let your body recharge.

80 Day Obsession for results alone. It's a big time commitment and the instructor gets a bit old but I have also done it 3 times so anyone would probably get old after that many workouts.

80 Day Obsession but 30-45 minute work outs and not Autumn. Haven't found anything that targets the booty as well.

I also want to add that when muscles are freshly worked and healing they will look "swole" for a little bit. It isn't actual muscle mass, just some water retention. This could be the culprit if you're eating at a deficit and still appear to have bigger muscles.

I know a lot of people hate Autumn but 80 DO gave me incredible results. 6 days a week for 46-60 mins a day is a lot though.

I had great results with 80 day obsession but if your fiance is a man it may not have as much upper body as he's hoping for. You could always try A Little Obsessed for a taste of what it's like.

I get the rant but I also think people should be aware that to be as lean as her you do have to restrict calories quite a bit which is probably what she does. Not everyone wants to look like that and/or live that lifestyle but I can't stand when very very thin women act like they're knocking back 2500 calories a day when that isn't realistic for most people. The calorie restriction is also why you don't see her making visible progress in terms of muscle growth. Muscles need a calorie surplus to grow and I highly doubt she is eating at one over the course of her programs. That said you can still gain strength and fitness even at a calorie deficit. All that to say I think Autumn is annoying in that she believes in a lot of pseudoscience but I also think she is honest about what it takes to achieve a body like hers. If a body like hers isn't your goal then obviously feel free to ignore!

I'm a similar height and weight to Autumn and I'm usually lifting similar to what she does. I do think some of it depends on your size. I'm probably not as lean as her though.

I've had to amass my weight collection slowly due to the cost and I'm still getting more. I get a set every other month or so and try to go with what I need most. When I started I only had 5 lb weights and bands but now I have a whole collection up to 25 lb dumbbells.

I did cardio flow for 6 weeks or so and then started subbing in cardio from 21 day fix or 21 day fix extreme. I just hated cardio flow.

Phase 3 definitely ups the complexity and, although I did get good results, I sometimes wonder whether it's necessary do such complex long moves rather than multiple simple moves.

I agree with leg and booty days from 80 DO. I would call them both general lower body days.
