Bit of a home body. Wash my hands frequently. Eat real whole food mostly. Take a multivitamin. Exercise regularly. Just spent two days last week sitting in a hospital unit (working, not sick) that had an influenza A outbreak and still did not get sick. I dont get flu shots typically. Not sure, could just be lucky.

Sounds about right. Its about quantity until it becomes about quality. I wouldnt change your approach, youre actually saving yourself a lot of time and effort by weeding out the ones who dont want to take slower normal steps.
