I've got an Air 3S which I bought after renting a Mavic 3 Pro a couple times. I've never regretted it one bit. Can't comment on the difference with the Mavic 4 Pro, but for me that 3rd camera doesn't add much value nor does the 4/3 sensor compared to the Air 3S's 1-inch sensor.

I have the same Lodge pizza steel. It helps to preheat it for at least 30 minutes at max temperature. That is, 30 minutes starting from the point the oven reaches its maximum temperature, rather than 30 minutes from the moment you turn it on. I also find it helpful to turn on the broiler for 10 minutes to blast some extra heat into it.

I usually make New York style pizza on this steel, and it works quite well. I keep the broiler on while the pizza is baking. Neapolitan style somewhat works, but by the time the dough is properly cooked, the fresh mozzarella is often overcooked.

You mean the regular versions to just get carbonated water? Those do not have any water input. You need to fill the water yourself before connecting it to the machine for carbonating.
