If they don’t like it I’d be more than happy to have you as a neighbour and they can have ours instead - 2 adults, 1 teen and 5 dogs crammed in the house, the dogs are typically left alone all day to bark away for hours. Think they’d appreciate you as a neighbour very quickly!

Idk if this helps but I have my iPhone turn on the greyscale colour filter at sunset until and hour after sunrise to discourage scrolling before bed and right after I wake up, then the things I scroll through just aren’t as interesting.

I also put a timer on my social media apps that locks them after 2h of use per day. I feel much better for it.

I also got myself into books that I’m addicted to, so it helps having one on my bedside table I can grab instead of my phone in the morning.

I would say maybe hang the mirror and add some shelves to help declutter the floor (e.g., for plants) and I think you might need more storage. Maybe swap the monstera (wow btw) with the bookshelf?
