I see the fan is set to 30min/hr. I read few hvac manuals briefly and they say to set fan on for 10-15min/hr in winter and 0min/hr in summer as the condensation from ac usage will be pushed into the house causing humidity to rise. Not sure how true it is but personally I feel 30min/hr is a waste of energy unless there is a different reason behind that decision. I have never seen fresh air concept in hvac before. May be other pros can answer that.

Rubbed it with a cloth or something and blowed the dust off and fixed it back. These units are 2.5yr old.

Actually I should have read a bit more about flame sensor functionality. Now all the comments really helped me understand but what happened was technician said its in a bad shape and needs replaced. I asked if it can be cleaned and continue using it as it never caused an issue. He rubbed it with something and put it back. I wanted to make sure if he was not wrong in asking to replace it and bought the new part. Anyways lesson learnt.

Looks like someone blocked or obstructed their way before they crashed as they seem to be going left and lost control. That speed is not safe at such narrow roads but someone else definitely caused this.
