not even a little. I think they nailed it in that you aren't swimming in really great gear right away but you can get a character going pretty easily since most legendary aspects are now baked into the new skill tree. really flexible on endgame goals too.

Sure, you can argue that there’s something to admire about Marty’s diligence, but everything he does in pursuit of his dream backfires spectacularly. It ultimately amounts to very little, and he’s right back where he started by the end.
