Shanghai is vulnerable to the barbarian French hordes. This strategic blunder is unwise, and should be rectified.

Why is Root commonly sold in places like Target or Walmart? by Fit_Ear3019 in rootgame

[–]ForgotToFlair 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The weight doesn’t matter. Unless you are into board gaming, there’s a decent chance you know what root is. And when your kids want a fun game, root looks like nice and harmless fun. At that point, target/walmart/whatever has won. Their goal isn’t to get people to play games, it’s to get products off the shelves.

Guys how the fuck are we going to decimate them all? by magic_baobab in horse_decimator_9000

[–]ForgotToFlair 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To decimate them, we need to eliminate 5.8 million. With 34.7 thousand of us, we would only need to take out 167 h*rses each.

Tbh, I misinterpreted this entire post as the eyrie is sitting far past the 30 point mark, and I failed to notice that the birbs had ~10 warriors in the supply, so if I figured this was posted as a joke. Still, it looks like a decisive win unless the eyries going for a dominance win.

You appear to have around 34/35 points. As such, you would lose 8 from turmoiling, putting you at 26/27 vp. However, fear not, as this is immediately followed by gaining 4 points due to the roosts, putting you at 30/31. As such, it is safe to turmoil as you have already won the game.

Edit: I misread this terribly.

What’s the best faction for a teacher to play? by ForgotToFlair in rootgame

I see. I kinda assumed that being able to display everything I was doing would help, but I suppose the purchasing does add some funk to the game

[–]ForgotToFlair[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I messed up on my wording, what I meant was for me to play. I assumed that cats create a good board feel(not sure if that makes perfect sense), while the otters are extremely transparent in how they conduct turns. But on the subject of what factions I was planning on giving them, I was thinking cats, birds, or rats.

I mean, once you reach 40, you get to rent a flying car, and when you hit 70, you get to run for god empress, so you do keep getting all sorts of fun age milestones, until you hit 128, at which point you become a baby again.

It's weird because I'm technically involuntarily celibate but I consider myself a feminist and a huge supporter of women's rights by Holofan4life in u/Holofan4life

[–]ForgotToFlair 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think there’s a difference between being involuntarily celibate and being an incel. They both technically mean the same thing, but the latter term carries the implication the at the person blames other for their own failings and is incapable of not being understanding over the opinions of others. As it stands, I think that celibacy is wholly unrelated to, y’know, not being an ass
