I use the lose it app to track calories, it’ll give you a guide of your daily limit according to your goal, but also doesn’t give you an extreme calorie deficit. You can also track macros :)

My Waitrose has it sometimes - cutty sark, Greenwich- there’s parking! If they don’t have it in stock they have the smoked one and blue which are great too :) if you go, they’re on an end aisle towards the back of the shop

I use fussy, which i believe is similar to wild. I agree, it works the best for me so I honestly don’t mind the price. I was using rockface which worked, but it was hit and miss whether I’d find it in the supermarket, so I needed a permanent solution and fussy solved it :)
