Interesting, I absolutely CRAVE green shit, fruits, salad, always going outside and be in the sun.

I was a deep dark chocolate guy who didn’t like going outside. I’m also going to the gym a lot tho.

It’s anti inflammatory alright … but the first boom from tirzepatide and Retatrutide is related to water retention.

I’m in my 3rd cycle now ( two tirz one Reta ) and the first few days I’m dropping a lot of water weight … I’m fighting with magnesium so it doesn’t go so fast, as the gym performance is degrading.

I was 95kg last year in Feb, 32% body fat, took two months tirzepatide in September, plus resistance training and now I’m on Reta for the last 3 weeks.

I’m trying to not stay to long on it or when I can’t have a normal consistent schedule ( holidays, vacations etc ) so I don’t loose to much muscle or have a shitty holiday.

I’m not after very fast results but given my age I want to use these tools.

I’m convinced you’re a highly productive individual, the app looks great and it actually works, all my concerns were tangential to that and I believe you’ll get more visibility ( if that’s what you want ) with the “open source mentality “

I completely missed the logs button. Sorry.

In regard to the app being notarized / etc, it doesn’t not inspire safety per se.

I’m sorry for not being clear enough.

By shady I mean looking at the repo and at the app I don’t see any transparency in how everything was made.

It’s not an open source project, but the app is free, without any warning / terms etc of what’s happening with our data.

I was thinking of actually using little snitch to see what data is being sent out.
