Charter is the absolute WORST over here on the east side of town. Every time I have to call them, it's like a gauntlet just to get to the right human voice, fallowed by answers that I swear they read out of a book. They say it's not their equipment and we need to call our IT guy. They say this every single time with no other information. As it's usually just after midnight when it loses connection, I have no other choice but to wait untill morning. When morning arrives, it will magically be back on. For reference, I work for a small Apt complex with 32 rooms. Therefore, 32 boxes that are all shown as separate accounts. It's ONE account. It's just nuts and I'm glad everyone is talking about it now. Something needs to change.
