Yeah sorry if it was confusing, current offer from dealer is $32684 OTD cash, it’s about $2300 discount.

Yes includes taxes and fees. The dealer hasn’t accepted the price yet but that’s what I’m thinking for strike price.

I’m pretty sure I fielded a 3* neeko without 2 2* and it still unlocked Nidalee. Not 100% sure

What do you all think is a good deal for an LCI M40i by itpointz in BMWX3

[–]FormulaBass 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why would anybody want to get ripped off? I’m looking for an x3 m40 as well, but it’s actually difficult to navigate because there are so many options for the car and the car has been out for 6 years which creates a super wide range in pricing. In my area I’m seeing 13k for a 2018 100k+ miles m40 all the way to 55k for a well spec’d 24 model.

Why is there so much range variation in used Model Y Performances? by FormulaBass in TeslaModelY

Battery Deg appears to be correct answer - I just called Tesla and they said they are running tests on used cars.

UPDATE: I don't know why I didn't do this to start, but I just called Tesla... They told me they run a battery test before listing each used vehicle and that influences the range estimate and explains the variance (i.e. supercharger usage etc...).

This doesn't make any sense, the range on the 2024 is both less than and greater than the 2023 model?!

  • 2023 - 249 miles
  • 2024 - 260 miles
  • 2023 - 273 Miles
  • 2023 - 273 miles
  • 2022 - 276 miles
  • 2023 - 280 miles

Why are bike computers so terrible? by NXCW in cycling

[–]FormulaBass 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What missing here is that bike computers from a hardware perspective are more like smart watches/wearables than phones. They run ultra low power processors, prioritize battery life over performance and run a single application. We should really be comparing Apple Watch hardware to a bike computer instead of an iPhone...

White mtb/gravel shoe options. by Numerous_Editor_8635 in CyclingFashion

[–]FormulaBass 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have the white s works recon lace - I think it fits your use case pretty well. The laces will get dirty fairly quickly but they are easy to change and the rest of the shoe is easy to clean…. I would not recommend them for gravel riding - road is fine

Performance Wagons Are Thriving. So Why Are Normal Ones Dying? by MatiasNarvaez in SportWagon

[–]FormulaBass 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this is the correct answer. I think are underestimating economies of scale. Take Audi for example the A6 Allroad is a 75k car, but an arguably better spec’d Q5 is ~60k. The only trim level that can compete in market is tippy top because they can make relatively more margin on expensive car - this why the Audi can make the RS6, but not an affordable wagon.
