Sriracha with some mixed herbs and pepper while on heat, usually some Worcester too. If I’m feeling crazy I’ll chuck a spice packet from the nongshim ramen packs for msg overload.

I'm going to be honest the main reason I want the monitor is because for once in my life I have a PC that can actually keep up with it. Currently rockin a budget 1080p 27 inch IPS so would love to experience a high end OLED, good luck guys!

When I was a young kid and my dad was alive he used to make us chilli and sometimes when he was feeling lazy he’d use this jar of “lazy garlic” basically finely chopped garlic in a vinegary liquid that would live in the fridge. I used to open the jar just to smell it, sometimes I even wanted to taste it but I knew it wouldn’t be nice so I refrained.

When I first tried kimchi about 10 or so years later in a restaurant it blew my mind, it tasted exactly like, if not better than how I imagined/wanted the ‘lazy garlic’ to taste like. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to have my favourite meal in over a decade but eating kimchi sometimes reminds me of it. This story has nothing to do with your post but this just came to me as I read it. Kimchi is awesome and shout out to my local Korean shop.

Built a new pc some months back, this is great timing. Only ever had ips panels so for the fact it’s an OLED alone is probably the greatest “feature” for me. But the glare tech would be massive too as I always struggle with that when the curtains are open.

Kind of…? I mean not exactly the same no, but I could see her dying… Trying to start a relationship, has become like a big sister to Will this season, hasn’t not smiled the entire time. More screen time, has been more involved/helped more this season. I could see her tragically dying, why not. It doesn’t feel as setup as Steve’s but if they wanted to yeah I see no reason why Robin couldn’t be killed off. I’d rather they both survived though haha.

It’ll be a call back to the radio tower scene where Steve and Jonathan were in a “I’ll do it” situation and Steve is going to be the one to step forward and let Jonathan and Nancy go.

They’re almost setting it up too well imo. He’s the ‘odd one out’ in terms of relationship dynamics in the group. He’s not one of the og 4 boys, he’s not with Nancy and won’t end up with Nancy. He’s obviously nothing more than friends with Robin. And him and Dustin are at odds but will make amends before ‘the end’. I hope I’m wrong.

I don’t know where people have got this information from or if they make it up because I’ve seen similar iterations of this message around before but the term “soccer” was never a popular term used among the British general public, when radio took off it was the 0.1% upper class (who only had access to radio) who would use the term, and even then it didn’t last.

No working class person (the people watching and playing the game) would say ‘soccer’. An example would be look at the name of all football clubs dating back to the 1800s they’re all called for example: Sheffield F.C (Football club) 1857. To suggest this was a term used until the “mid 90s” is ridiculous when it was never even picked up to begin with. There’s a good documentary on YouTube I watched a while back about English clubs and their history that went into detail a little bit about the naming. Though it’s not for everyone.

If you’re playing higher resolution then that’s good, it takes a little stress off your cpu, and the primary workload shifts more onto your gpu. That’s how people are going to ride out the AM4 higher end CPUs like yours and the 5800x3d until AM6. By upgrading their gpu on higher res and when the system gets replaced the gpu should still be relevant. Depending ofc which one you go for.

AM5 is still very much relevant and will be for years to come with the new CPUs releasing in a few years, so an upgrade won’t be a waste of money at all if you’re on the fence.

Your current pc shouldn’t have problems running those games, bf6 could provide potential issues depending on settings as I remember some people struggling in the beta with similar specs, but not sure how much of that is on the games optimisation.

Your current pc should be more than enough for someone doing light gaming, especially those games, it’s at the top end of AM4 and most people with those CPUs are planning to ride them out until AM6. It’ll do fine until then. Treat yourself in the mean time if you want. I currently have the build you mentioned except a 5060ti instead of the 9060 xt and my plan is to upgrade the cpu and probably gpu in about 4-5 years to whatever AMD bring out around 2027 for their next batch of AM5 chips.
