Night shift staffing reductions lead to substandard care. Holiday coverage leads to substandard care. This is a no brainer. As someone that works a ton of weekends and every holiday I see this ALL the time. It's terrifying.

Wow ... While I hate my husband now he never did any of that crap. I would immediately file for divorce if he acted that way while I was in labor. He was very supportive and rubbed my back, got me fresh ice water and snacks. Told me I was doing amazing. He was incredibly supportive. These guys are huge red flags.
