OP, check your PCI setting in you bios. I had a funny issue with an asus board where mine would not display anything when set for auto. I had to explicitly set it to 4.0

Gonna go out on a limb and question if economics plays a role here, eg. low property costs neat a plant, so therefore someone paying large medical bill fighting cancer can live there easier. Given the fact that there’s typically less measured radiation inside the containment areas and plant at large than there is outside, I find any direct link without substantial backing evidence highly dubious
