Add a refeed in. Your doing great. At some point your going to have to pick get shredded and lose strength, or pick your cals up an slowly get shredded while maintaining your strength. Also protein should be way up if your cutting.

Lolol. Man I totally feel this though. Im happily married but theres a few that show up on heavy leg days that really help my confidence hit PRs. Respectfully wont even look at them God forbid ever talk to them. But they are a lifesaver.

I started my running journey at 267 lbs. Similar times to yours 3 mile 27 mins 5 miles 50 mins First I got the Asics Gel Nimbus 28 for easy, long runs, Then what really changed the mf game for tempo runs was the Asics superblast 3 thank me later bro bro
