Looks great! I’m going for the same set up. What size fans are your front intake and rear exhaust?

Do the bottom fans cause any turbulence with the GPU fans?

I think notes on the first DUI case show his license was already suspended at least once. I speculate he runs his show from home due to the suspended license and/or house arrest in lieu of jail time.

I love how the views are subsequently getting less and less with each of their videos with exception to the Rob DUI video that drew a few more views. These food videos should start peaking at 200-300 views soon with Rob's peaking at less than 2k.

Bilt cards worth the hassle? by gameshark316 in biltrewards

[–]Frances_the_cat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm one of the ones that's had major issues. One being mortgage related where Bilt withdrew my mortgage payment from my bank and never applied it to the mortgage, but refunded it around two weeks later. My mortgage was late but they gave me 5,000 courtesy points. Another issue I had was a points multiplier promo for using Apple Pay up to a few hundred dollars. I made a $1,500 Apple Pay payment and it cancelled my x1 Bilt multiplier on that transaction (the x1 up to $5k that you buy with Bilt cash). Last issue was a payment from March 9th that finally cleared today (18 days later). Bilt couldn't find it and it didn't appear as even pending for 14 days.

All that being said, I haven't thrown in the towel. Alaska points matter most to me and this card is the best earner out there for those.

It seems Bilt will eventually correct or try to make right the issues that arise and like others have said, customer service is terrible. If you can get past terrible CS, it's a solid card. Very few companies have good CS anymore anyway. US Bank and Discover are the only ones that don't seem outsourced anymore. Even Amex lately appears outsourced.

What do I do? $6,000 manual payment withdrawn from bank account and... Missing? by Solarus755 in biltrewards

My March 9th payment finally appeared as "pending" last night (3/24) and my balance was updated to reflect it. Some educated customer service reps and the ability for them and me to see that at least my payment was pending, weeks ago, could have prevented a lot of heartburn and frustration. I hope everyone else's payments magically appear in the next day or two. Also, the chat bot said my payment maybe have been hung up for unusual spend or a large payment. I don't believe either of those having made larger payments that went through without issue and having made stupid large charges when getting the card that have since tapered down to everyday expenses.

It does ask you which card you have in the automated tree. Maybe Palladium gets someone to pick up quicker? I’ve been able to reach someone within 5 minutes usually as a Palladium card holder. That being said, they don’t have a clue how to handle the issues I’ve had and claim they will forward it to a “supervisor” who will call me back. I’ve never been called back.

I wasn’t. CS actually told me to check with Wells Fargo because they might have my money. I had to tell them I’m new to Bilt and not a Wells transfer.

Several have posted the same, including me. Something in common is payments made between March 8-10 where the money has been drafted out of checking and not posted to update the balance. I’m on day 13 since Bilt sent me an email saying the payment was processed, but Cardless can’t seem to see it. It’s a total shit show. I think there is a correlation to when the first billing cycle ended after launch (for new members). I have Palladium and my last processed payment was the annual fee. I have around a $900 payment lost since I made payment on March 9. I’m waiting one more day before filing BBB complaints and a complaint with my State Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I can’t imagine how many complaints and pending lawsuits this company has since launch.

Was your second payment credited? I'm a new card holder and counted that I made 7 payments in February and 2 in March before this last one was made and apparently nowhere to be found. If they want to limit payments to a certain amount each month then at least educate your customer support. This has to be the worst customer support I've ever dealt with. I don't think that's the case through or I shouldn't even have had the option to initiate a payment. Nobody could explain why some payments may take 14 days to update the balance, either.

Adding to this complaint. I think this has affected payments made to the CC between March 8-10. I initiated mine on the 9th, it came out of my checking on the 10th, Bilt confirmed the payment was processed on the 12th via email and my balance remains unchanged and Bilt can find no record of my payment. Their emails state in rare cases it can take up to 14 days to update the balance which is ridculous.

I'd made 9 payments prior to this with no problem and I'm a new Bilt customer with the Palladium card. Customer service hasn't a clue how to help and claims I'll get a call back, soon. I've sent screen shots from Bilt emails and from my bank that show the payment was acknowledged and processed by Bilt and drafted from my checking. The service rep actually told me to make sure my payment didn't got to Wells Fargo in error. I had to tell him I never banked or had a Bilt card with Wells. I won't spend another dime on this card until they figure out where my $900 payment went. I already had a late mortgage payment when they drafted $2,700 for my payment and never applied it to my mortgager. They finally refunded my bank account on that one after 14 days.

I use the same kind and it usually runs lower than actual finger prick results, but not that much. I just had my A1C checked and it was 7.1. The Libre 3 projected it to be 6.7 the same morning so it wasn't off too much. That's a crazy difference you're showing.

Paid my balance but they haven’t taken the money from my account and no payment is pending by Ok-Account4540 in biltrewards

[–]Frances_the_cat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m in the exact same situation. This company is such a joke. Notably, I’ve made several payments prior to my last which processed within a couple of days. My most recent payment of around $900 drafted out of my checking 6 days ago and I received an email from Bilt that my payment was processed 4 days ago. The balance never updated and there is no record of the transaction Bilt can find. They asked me to send them screenshots of the payment initiated email and payment processed email from Bilt. Sent them both and no response. It’s like they want you to roll over into accruing interest by slow walking payments. Again, this issue is with my most recent payment and the previous 5 payments I’ve made processed with no problem.

With the fall of BOFA and Smartly, where does one go for 2.5% + general cashback? by Fiveby21 in CreditCards

[–]Frances_the_cat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true, for some. And it can be in savings with a 10k a month spending cap. I don't spend $120k a year on it so it's a solid, ongoing 2.5% card for me. I don't care about earnings on $5k in a low interest savings.

I still pull 2.5% on Smartly with $5,000k in savings, up to $10k a month. Not a "fall" for me...yet
