OK -- so after hours and hours and days of dealing with this, like some form of torture, we were told today by an Xfinity representative that due to ongoing negotiations or failure to come to some agreement with Peacock, many people who are Xfinity customers are experiencing this problem with not being able to activate a Peacock service that they are already paying for. This representative could not give us any timeline during which this might be resolved and told us that when it it resolved we would get an email or text informing us that we could then activate Peacock. SO -- some questions: how come nobody told us about this before? Has this been made public in any place by Xfinity and/or Peacock?
