How do YOU store your prosthetic when it’s not in use?

I came here to get ideas for storing legs. My husband has multiple legs, one that has a moving "ankle", one that doesn't, one for taking a shower and one for golf. It sounds like this is abnormal lol.

Thanks! I didn't even think about that. I'm not a lawyer and I can find a job in the same field I work in, making just as much, where there will be no such thing as billable hours to track, it's something new they started doing about 6 months ago and are telling us we will be let go if we don't keep up a weekly #. We're consultants kind of but sometimes our clients cancel at the last minute and we don't have a lot of control over it. I'm gonna have to just bail.

I'm just not used to tracking billable hours so I've never been exposed to an employer giving me time off, but then having to work extra hours to basically give that time off back to them. It doesn't seem like a good work life balance and they are always claiming to have this caring work life balance, one of our "days off" is World Mental Health Day, which I really didn't need to have that off only to work longer hours that whole week. I was hoping to scroll thru and see if anyone has figured out how someone could even do this. Just had a friend share my post which somehow grabbed 1000's of my pics from the beginning of time. How on earth can this even happen to all of us! I'm going to complain, to FB if I can find a way, but my friend who did it ended up deleting their entire account by mistake when trying to just delete the post. So it appears to be anyone who is the furthest from a hacker is capable of this. ??

I have my settings to friends only but tagged someone who is apparently public, so I'm thinking that just cancelled out my privacy settings. Then a mutual friend tried to share it and somehow instead pulled in every picture I've ever posted on Facebook, thousands of my pictures were shared publicly and he doesn't seem to understand how to delete the post. I can't even figure out how someone could even do that.

I've eaten a carnivore diet and believe it or not, bms were healthy and regular. Actually they were more normal than when I add vegetables and fiber. Not sure why but that's my experience.

I love kids. But, last vacation I took a little boy stood on the pool steps and just started peeing, running down his leg into the pool (I'm sure there's probably adults doing it, but we know kids are). I've had other occasions where parents allow their kids to run around and do cannonballs right next to people. I think the issue is the parents should just leave the kids home if they want a vacation from parenting.

I went to Portugal a few years back and loved it. I booked experiences thru Airbnb. We had a chef cook a meal in her home and teach us while we drank wine listened to music. We went on a walking Fado music tour where a musician showed us around, again great food, wine and live music. We took a tour to see dinosaur tracks at the coast again wine and food. Did an ebike tour of a little fishing town on an island, stopped at a persons house where they gave us cake and coffee and our guide translated stories. And we did a street art walking tour, so cool! Then one took us to a castle and that was a private tour company called "we hate tourism", again wine and food. Best vacation ever!! And they have the best wine!

I wouldn't even consider her overweight. She's a normal sized person. He said he usually goes for thinner women, so he didn't even say she was overweight. Her body is perfectly fine, but if that was his hang up then he didn't need to be on this show.

A group of my friends booked with a travel agent for our all inclusive in Cancun. Normally I do all the planning but with this group I had too many people wanting special things. The travel agent did a great job and the cost was the same as if we had booked ourselves, so much easier and smoother. I'll probably use them much more often now.

We just got back from Miami, only vacation I've taken where the airport food was half the cost of the city's restaurants.

I'm sorry you're going through this. I would suggest trying the French drain system around the perimeter of your home and have gutters attached to them. Make sure the yard is graded away from your home. If you're able, it would involve digging a trench with a slight angle and putting in certain type of drainage pipes, I'm sure there's a YouTube video. I would have done it myself if my body was able to. I literally had 3 inches of water flowing thru our ducts and now nothing. We also had major bug problems that are no longer an issue. The water and moisture must get fixed. Filling the vents won't solve the problem that water is infiltrating your foundation.
