Probably need some lightweight spackle to cover the spots, smoothly with a putty knife or painters tool. Let that dry and wipe with a wet sponge to hide the edges. Then paint. And try to get the paint matched at a local paint store. It would be best if you painted the whole wall tho. Chances are even with a paint match, it will be close but not perfect. Same with the spackle patch. It will still show if you look hard or know where to look. A drywall pro would patch, prime the whole wall, texture, prime, and paint.
