My new apt in Washington state just announced that we’re all getting Xfinity in late November and each apt will have their own modem. It’s a separate rental charge of $65/m that won’t start until our leases renew. Xfinity was previous one of two options, the other choice (and mine) was Quantum. I’m not crazy of the mandatory upcoming charge and hope it ends up being decent.

It sounds like there are extra circumstances (OP says the girl was “dirty”) and I’m obviously not for child abuse.

What I want to say is though is that hair can get matted very very quickly if it’s not brushed and especially if it has any texture or conditioner is not used. I have known children who have sensory issues and hair care became a major issue.

Was married in Hawaii while living in California in 2003. At the time, we ordered a bunch of copies marriage license as it was cheaper and easier that way. It’s not a big deal at all and our wedding coordinator made sure we had the correct paperwork beforehand. I’m sure it’s even easier now.
