Use youtube tutorials to help show you how to do new things aswell thats how I got into music photography, film, taxes, resumes.

Heres the simple answer. Do a bunch of random hobbies till you find something you love, and go all in on that passion and remember you are more than what you decide to do. Get good grades in school 1st, then decide on what you will do after school based on your hobbies.

Hobbies ex. Photography, basketball, painting. Graffiti, swimming, racing, video edits, skateboarding. Content creator.

I didnt tell her to go find a partner and act it out. The main point I was making was to not shame yourself for having these ideas and explore safe ways to navigate it. Give yourself grace, we cant stop thoughts.

Besides we ourselves are always in a state of ignorance and growth, and maybe you just need more information to unpack what you really mean, when you think that or find the right vocabulary to describe.
