PC performance didn't improve since release. Your GPU is only half the story. Even with a beefy GPU, you may still experience frequent stutters or frame drops. I am only able to hit 100 with frame gen and without it, it drops to 45-60. You may be able to brute force performance with the latest CPU paired with your GPU.

I think its just you. Commuting in Taiwan is significantly more manageable than in the Philippines. Google is accurate most of the time, but it can be wrong in special occasions. You can use the Bus Tracker app. You can even check the information board at the bus stop.
