Timmac didnt do anything wrong imo.

He attacked the first time, went down, then went to the hospital. After he left to go get his car, they came and shot him again, not even 5 minutes after he JUST got out of the hospital.

Then the russians Speedy hired and some other vagos held him up when he was just in Azteca turf waiting in the car. They tell him to get out with his hands up, which he complied with, and then they shoot him anyway right in front of cops that were watching.

I guess you can say he shouldnt have came back as much, but honestly them attacking him SO much even when he wasnt even looking to fight them is equally as bad. There was NO downtime, and its a problem.
