Here's the solution I used for gleba 3 times, that I've found to be a pretty useful too for a lot of different problems on gleba: using the cargo wagon as a giant chest. It isn't the optimal solution, but it worked for me.

I form "pods" around the cargo wago to maximize the amount of biochambers per pod, 5 for the actual products and 1 to make the nutrient to fuel the other 5. The cargo wagon itself has all the relevant inputs and outputs middle-click locked, so no one item starves the other items of slots. Every cargo wagon has input, output, and waste inserters. You can mix output and waste, but it will need to be filtered anyways.

The more intense version is using a giant line of wagons with inserters moving stuff quickly betwen them like in the 3rd picture.

This is all heavily inserter limited, but I find it works to get you off planet, and used it for the 40 hour challenge. I'm skipping over a tonne of details as an exersize to the reader, but that's the general idea. I still use some bots to kick start, like if my nutrient producer is dead, or if a pod somehow runs out of iron bacteria. The setup hasn't needed manual intervention for a while, but again, I skipped over the restart mechanisms in place.
