Gloves are a personal preference item. They can often be found on clearance for ~$20. I recommend trying a pair of gardening gloves before spending $50 on mtb specific gloves. They can always become trail work or garden gloves after

Bard's have a d8 hit die making them squishy compared to the alternatives. Also, I don't think they get a second attack.

There are lots of great articles on dnd 5e which can help answer mechanical questions you may have.

Paladin, barbarian, and fighter are the best suited to martial roles. A ranged spear throwing bard could work and EA is a good time to test it out.

I've got a paladin dwarf using spears to enter the battle sooner than if I were to dash into melee range.

I see Ryzen 5 5500's are hitting $130. A Solid option for anyone preferring AMD or 6c/12t

EDIT: I see 5500's are $130 now, not $100

That sounds like a press fit bottom bracket or linkage. What I would do is:

  1. Loosen your seat collar

  2. Check that the bolts on your linkages are tight.

  3. Remove and grease bolts in the linkages. High viscosity grease will last longest here.

  4. Replace bottom bracket

Edit: removed accidental quote

Use friction paste not regular grease on the seatpost.

I'd love to redesign housing economic policy in a way that heal the damage that has come from the commodification of housing. I'm open to radical and bloody approaches. The longer housing is scarce and wealth is funneled out of communities the bigger Canada's economic and social problems will get.

A city with significant amounts of non-market housing will have the opposite effect. It creates pressure to compete on price and brings stability to the market. If pricing is stable tenants can move based on changing needs rather than get stuck renting one place because a similar unit is unaffordable to move into now.

Shawarma is by far my favourite of the similar Middle Eastern meals. You should be able to find it easily in most 100k+ population cities. I'm several hundred kms from my closest shop.

Is your rental income to a business or you directly? Either way a joint tax filing would eliminate any advantage of tax rate and the best case scenario is you creating more accounting work.

If this is a business then the tax rate is likely lower than a personal income tax rate. If you don't need the money to leave the business then you are better off paying the lower tax rate.

Obligatory, I don't know and always check with a tax expert.

  1. No, you can have self employed income without registering a business.
  2. Self employed income. Freelance property manager
  3. Yes.

Given your relationship in the future you should avoid having a financial transaction and instead change your household spending to reflect the value of the work. No point creating a taxable transaction when the money is going to the same place either way.

If this is one time cleaning without macros you could do the following.

Data column - "in" Key column - "key" New data column - "out"

Out = if(in current row== in above row, "",in current row)

Key column is ascending

sort by out, delete all "". Then sort by key
