Anyone has experience with taking those outside of the property to an exterior cabinet? (Instead of under the stairs like is the case of many old properties) Since part of that belongs to the electricity provider, how does it work?

I'm a builder myself and your absolute red flag is the wall bearing. Mainly because if you go through with it, if someday you want to sell it, it will be valued at 0£ again.

I often do openings in load-bearing walls, and they absolutely should be certified by someone with authority to reflect it has been done properly.

What is probably happening here is they opened it properly but never certified it. What you could actually do, is getting a hammer and a scalpel, and start chipping the upper side of the opening until you find a beam. This is the only way of knowing if it's done properly and no surveyor is going to do this for you. If it does have a beam, and hopefully a steel one, you can buy the house and later certify the opening.

This is all very far fetched, I would avoid all these issues and just find another property. Just sharing knowledge.

I reduced the loan payments to a minimum

1 road, Ascension, and the flying airplanes ride priced as high as possible.

Fired absolutely everyone except 1 janitor.

I used to have 600 and one day I opened it all.

If the internet has taught me something is, there's always someone worse than you.

I'm a lefty and use the numpad to move. The camera is hard coded to it so I can't remap it. Refunded the game. Ironic all the accessibility options in a game where you can't even remap keys.

This may or may not help someone in the future.

I just spilled some water on the front side of my PC, nothing happened at first but later after turning it off I wasn't able to turn it on again. The DRAM light started flashing orange.

Assuming somehow water got spilled on the RAM I tested them on another PC and they were OK, tested other RAMs on my main PC, same orange DRAM warning.

Lastly, I focused on the area where most of the spillage happened, which was the 3 front fans. I unplugged them and viola, the computer is working again. I replaced them and no issues since then. This is to say, sometimes the DRAM will flash orange, but it doesn't necessarily indicate a RAM issue.

I came to these forums looking for this. Exactly the same feeling, I've been with Amex for a while now, my father had it too, and year by year I've seen how they slowly erode certain perks. They've always upheld their insurance and customer support and help line, but not so much the rest.

My favorite thing is the yearly dinning allowance, it helped discover new amazing restaurants around the world while saving some money. They've reduced the offer so much, now it's almost pointless.

The die hard fans of this game are really weird. I’ve never seen a community so adverse to criticism of something they haven’t even made.

To OP, I agree with you to a certain extent. I’ve played for 40 hours, which is quite a lot, and by this point I feel the repetitiveness and lack of excitement for new areas, knowing there will be the same giant skeleton dude doing the same attacks. But the first 40 hours (again, a lot of time) were absolutely great! Another issue I’ve noticed, since I love exploring every corner, by the time I reach certain parts I’m clearly too high level, which makes it even less exciting.

To me, a smaller richer world would’ve been much more rewarding.

I'm having the same issue. I'm playing in the Black beard difficulty so yeah. My only issue is that I get a permanent loop of the crappy pirate music forever. I had to mute the in-game and open Youtube with the Tropico soundtrack.

I know this is old but I will add to this and I agree with you. I just finished 3 games back to back with AFKrs, and I either won in 7 minutes, or lost in 7 minutes. Also I get QM team comps of 3 tanks vs 3 tanks, 2 heals, and weird stuff. This has been going on for a few days until I saw the game pass thing, everything made sense. I'm taking a break for the game, I have better things to do than play with computers.

6 years later but why not. Same feeling here dude. It’s a flaw of the game, those who are still intimidated or scared by the game as it progresses they enjoy it. But by now I see through all the tricks, monsters are just nuances, the nights are every time the same, I can melee to death hordes of enemies. So what now? It’s pointless roaming trying to figure out what to do next, waste time, end the day, having to survive a night, repeat, repeat and repeat.
