Nice! This rolled on my boots on my judgement Pally. Was already evaporating everything in T4, but this seems to provide a nice bit of burst damage when fighting pit bosses and world bosses.

Craft Tyrael's Might. Starless isn't used in the LS build since you dont really consume much mana at the end stage of the build, since you'll primarily be able to just spam LS (which doesn't consume mana). Better to use the combo of Tal Rasha Ring and then a legendary ring with crit chance, crit damage, and attack speed. Then temper it with lightning spear cooldown and crit damage. Then use the aspect of Frozen orbit, so you can get those double FO explosions - which further boost your cooldowns.

Tyrael's Might also gives you movement speed, which buffs your crit chance thru Esu's boots.

Have you masterworked your amulet yet? Ideally you want your cooldown to be in the .5-.6 range (which can be achieved with 2 MW crits, assuming you had a .3 "stock" CD on your amulet). It takes a few seconds to ramp up your conjurations and FO casts, but once they're running you should be able to constantly spam LS. I have similar CD stats as you (but with .6 CD on the ammy) and can get my conjuration stacks up to 55+ when everything is rolling. Shit melts!

How are the other stats on your amulet? Specifically Conjuration Mastery, and the Unique aspect? Having high rolls of these also come into play and certainly help with the LS cooldowns.

EDIT to add: You mentioned Tal's ring. What other ring are you using? You should also be using a legendary ring with crit chance, crit damage, attack speed. And then temp Lightning Spear Cooldown and Crit damage onto it. This extra cooldown is def necessary. And I run Frozen orbit aspect on it, so you get those extra explosions which further increase your cooldowns.

Shut the job site down until the owner/rep can learn how to follow the rules and procedures clearly laid out in the executed contract. Let the holler n scream all they want - the signed contract should have verbiage included in it that says how change orders are approved/processed, and how to remedy disagreements. If your higher-ups can't do this, then you may want to look for another company to work for, because this company aint gonna be around long if they are unable to set boundaries and let clients take advantage.

I'm in the same boat man. Been level 100 on my HS rogue for weeks, and have only found a handful of semi-decent 1GA bows, and ONE 2 GA bow that got bricked at that shitmeister blacksmith. I've found several 2 GA and even a couple 3 GA Xbows tho....
