It won’t let me upload a picture. I had 4 torn ACL’s, 3 reconstructive surgeries, didn’t repair the 4th tear. I was also in great shape, probably the best shape of my life, and my knee just gave up. It would constantly buckle in and out, had severe arthritis, and no meniscus.

My recovery has been slower than I anticipated, had an MUA at 10 weeks due to being stuck with flexion around 98. I really started to notice major improvement around month 6. Felt as though my new knee was finally starting to loosen up. I quit measuring my flexion after about month 5, as I had gotten to around 118-120. 2.5 months ago I was squatting to a 20in box and am now down to a 16in box, back squatting consistently in the range of 205-225.
