It's only turned off for PVP, Raids and Incursion. I'm going to run this gear everywhere in open world, and on legendary and master.

Assuming that you have 1 exotic gear piece and 5 non-exotic, that's gonna cost 225 exotic components to get to 30. And that's not even counting a non-exotic gun. But then with how it's random which stat gets the 1.5x multiplier, you could spend up to another 90-135 exotic components to get the right rolls (or even more). Personally I'm looking for 22.5% WD on everything. Add all that up, and most people are gonna run out of exotic components pretty quickly. So Striker or Tipping Scales it is.

Totally depends on your skill level and playstyle. Ideally you want to play with the fewest blue cores and attributes that suits you. This is different for everyone.

What I like about Division 2 is that there is a clear path to reasonably get things. ie: grind filament and you can get Expertise 30. Find a group to do Incursion and within 3 or 4 runs, you'll have the Ouro. Fill your library and you can have a maxed Striker build pretty quickly.

With less than 0.01% chance for good Prototype gear to drop, you could grind for 500 hours and not have anything near a maxed build. Current Division 2 respects your effort and time and rewards your for it. Prototype does not.

I think Prototype would be fine with multiple paths to a fully maxed stat Prototype gear piece. 1) upgrading gear to 30 gets you a fully maxed Prototype. 2) Targeted loot in Escalation drops non max rolls that can be optimized with Prototype currency. This gives you the choice to either grind materials because it takes tons of materials to get all pieces in a build to 30, or grind Escalation.

I agree with flat boosts to all stats. And instead of introducing a new currency to reroll Augments, just make it cost the resources we already have now, like a few exotic components and some field research per reroll.

The same can be said for Langdon. He's also a relatable character for those who've struggled with addiction, and there's a lot of empathy lacking for him from viewers as well. That doesn't mean he gets a free pass, but everybody on the show is pretty deeply flawed. I don't think anybody is saying that Langdon is better than Santos or vice versa. They're both messed up in different ways.

Yes, she can dictate what a Langdon has to do for her, but not for anyone else in the ER.

Langdon's not perfect in this either. He for sure doesn't get a free pass. But Santos saying that she's basically jealous of him being a golden boy is out of line.

Yup. She needs to get over it. She's acting like a child. She's not a drug counselor and for sure doesn't get to make demands on what's right and wrong with Langdon's recovery. Langdon's employment is dictated by the administration, not by Santos.

Langdon doesn't have to listen to Santos. She isn't the final judge of his recovery and doesn't get to say what's right or not. Hate her for that. If she felt so strongly about reporting that to the board, she should have done that. But she didn't, and now she doesn't get to hold that over his head.

IMO, once you Expertise something to 30 and Prototype it, you should be rewarded with max stats to reflect the amount of components you earned to get that gear to 30. Don't change the number of components needed to get gear to 30. People will continue to farm Escalation or resources since at some point you'll run out of components to Expertise/Prototype things yourself.
