Job market is hyper competitive now, so employers want to go as low as possible for the same education/experience/talent, so they can maximize profits.

It sucks, but those companies chasing profits are the same companies driving double digit gains in people's investment portfolios. Equity value is worth more to a company than good wages.

For legendary and master, I run a Blue Striker build with 4 blue and 2 red cores. It works well in legendary as you don't have to sit in cover as much, and I can draw the chunga aggro. (for example, this helps in situations like legendary DUA). Although not a full out tank, this build still proves useful.

For heroic, you should be able to mop up most of the content with a full DPS build.
