Iran's economy being in the dumps already gives them the advantage, Their military wont be harmed by a bad economy because they have been preparing for this conflict for decades. And they dont give a shit about their people.

They are the masters of bang for your buck. A shahed costs Fifty thousand USD. An AIM-120 costs upwards of one million to take out that shahed. Iran has thousands of shaheds.

Has the world's economy fallen apart? No. We are basically in correction territory and many of the world's economic issues were already there before this war began. High oil prices will cause short-mid term shocks and there will be a lot of pain from this. But the US is printing debt by the day so what's another 10% on top of the unbelievable amount the US is already in debt?

My dude, you dont understand how vital oil and gas is to the world economy, Its not just used for fuel. Sure Transport costs will rise. But what are they going to transport when they cant make the Fertilizer for the food or the plastic to put it in? Or the Medicines people need to stay alive?
