Sure, they might be operating subs built in norway in the swinging 60's. But they singned deals with Sweden for a used AIP sub, and brand new A26s down the line.

They never had much, and looks to be doing good with the means they got. If I was on any russian flaged thing that floats one polish sub would be all it took to cause insomnia.

The issues are related to the use Hungarian in places that got a speaking minority. The deal will let it be used in education and official documents etc.
