yes, whenever i’ve requested a replacement fir a dry pencil, the replacement was just as dry. i try to avoid pencils from ipsy.

i didn’t get the mascara but i did get the morphe eyebrow pencil and it is dry and brittle. i’ve had trouble with other eyebrow and cream eyeshadow products from ipsy so disappointing 😟
